|Our chef, Ken Harper, is a leading culinary innovator and educator. In addition to providing eclectic menu planning and catering services for upscale personal, government and corporate events, he also teaches specialty cooking classes throughout the Ottawa region.
Ken began cooking professionally in 1995 in Vancouver at the Dubrulle French Culinary School on Granville Island and later apprenticed at Toronto’s Royal York Hotel for 3 years. He is very happy to bring a fresh new level of cooking technique to the Ottawa pub scene.
Ken is always available to create custom menus for parties booked in our private room.
